How is sales consulting different from simply hiring a sales manager?
Hiring gives you one person. We bring in the system: processes, regulations, CRM, playbook, reporting, KPIs and training. The result doesn't depend on one individual and stays when that person leaves.
Which services are most popular?
Sales audit (80% of clients start here), building a sales department from scratch, outsourced commercial director, sales playbook and outsourced sales manager. We also do marketing and B2B lead generation.
Do you work only with Russian companies?
No. We work with clients across Russia, CIS, Turkey and EU. Headquartered in Saint Petersburg, the team is distributed. English and Russian are our working languages.

Typically SMB and mid-market with revenue from 30M to 1B+ ₽ per year. Smaller companies - only if there's a clear system to build; larger - through strategic advisory format.

How much does a project cost?
Depends on format. Audit - from 200 000 ₽, 2–3 weeks. Building a sales department from scratch - from 1.5M ₽, 3–6 months. Outsourced commercial director - from 250 000 ₽/month. We always quote after a free discovery call.
How long until I see results?
First improvements - 30–60 days after implementation starts. Full systematic growth - 3–6 months. Revenue lift of 30–100% is normal for a well-implemented system.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We guarantee completion of the scope we agreed on. Results depend on both sides - our delivery AND your team's willingness to change. We only take projects where both are aligned.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Standard schedule: 30% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 40% at delivery. For long projects (6+ months) - monthly retainer.

With a free 60-minute discovery call. You tell us current state and goals; we give a preliminary diagnosis and propose a format. No commitment to continue.

Artur Kupriyanov - founder, leads strategy. A project team of 2–4 senior consultants depending on scope. We don't outsource to juniors.
How do you report progress?
Weekly 60-minute sync with the owner or sales director. Real-time dashboard with KPIs. Monthly strategic review.
What if my team resists changes?
That's the #1 risk. We plan change management from day 1: co-creation workshops, training, individual plans for key people.
